Owner/Operator - Dewayne Boyd
Drawing on over 40 years experience in the music industry, Mr. Boyd is able to professionally handle any piano related tasks. A 2nd generation piano technician and tuner, Dewayne's father, Clarence, began tuning & repairing piano's in 1956. Clarence was a very accomplished piano player, including an induction to the Western Swing Hall of Fame.
Dewayne followed in his fathers footsteps leading to Nashville as musician and songwriter throughout the 1980's. In 1992 Dewayne gave up the road life to pickup on his fathers legacy and devote 100% to Boyd Piano Co. In addition to his passion for pianos, Dewayne serves as the music leader at his church. Being able to serve God and his customers is one of his greatest rewards in life.
